INTRODUCTION & ADMISSION
Discover the Heart of Our School – Schedule a Personal Tour
At Westover Christian Academy, we believe that choosing the right school is about more than numbers — it's about community, values, and the opportunity to see firsthand how your child will be nurtured academically, spiritually, and personally.
We invite you to schedule a personal tour to experience the vibrant life of our school. During your visit, you’ll meet some of our dedicated teachers and staff, explore our Christ-centered curriculum, and see what makes Westover Christian Academy “more than a school” for students and families.
Because every family's situation is unique, we take the time to talk through tuition and available financial options during your visit. Some of our families benefit from generous discounts and financial assistance, and we’re committed to working with you in an effort to make a Westover Christian Academy education accessible.
Schedule your free, personal, no-obligations tour today — we would love to introduce you to our school! Call (434.822.0800) or email (nhamlett@westoverministries.org) our Admissions Office.

The mission of Westover Christian Academy is to serve families with a Christ-centered educational environment that encourages each student to grow spiritually, academically, physically and socially. The purpose of the online application process is to help ensure that the student and school are a good "fit". To help families through the application process, guided instructions and applicable fees are provided at each step of the process. At any point during the process, you may contact the school's admission office directly for questions or concerns. Please note that unless parents have provided all applicable electronic signatures, including the Parent Commitment, the application cannot be processed.
Virginia State law requires that Westover Christian Academy have a copy of the student's birth certificate and up-to-date immunization record or notarized religious exemption form prior to admittance to the school.
Class placement of new students rests with the faculty and school administration. Final placement is made on the basis of transfer records, achievement test scores, and results of the probationary period. New students are placed on probation for a period of twelve weeks. Faculty and staff evaluations are made during probation regarding the student's academic progress, discipline, peer interaction and adjustment to WCA. Students enrolled under a written probation contract will be subject to a monthly administrative fee for the duration of the contract.
