One of the most often asked questions about Westover Christian Academy is, "Are you accredited?" And the answer is "YES!" In fact, Westover Christian Academy has three recognized accreditations and our preschool program is also fully accredited. These recognitions are from: the Association of Christian Schools International, Cognia (formerly Advanced Ed), and the Virginia Council for Private Education. Each of these organizations has their own standards for accreditation including: learning outcomes, student services, instructional programs, technology, and continuous school improvement. What this means for students and parents is that an education from Westover Christian Academy meets or exceeds the standards set for public education. A degree from WCA can be taken to any public or private institution of higher learning and is fully accepted. The faculty and administration takes accreditation seriously and is always prepared when it is time for re-accreditation.
