1st grade had a BLAST on their field trip to the Miriam P. Brenner Children's Museum in Greensboro! Thank you parents for joining us in the fun!
WCA Alumni, Michael Farley, commands the U.S. Navy's Strike Fighter Squadron. He credits one of his former Westover high school teachers for setting high standards which helped him as he attended the U.S. Naval Academy and worked his way up through the ranks, securing his current position. Local real estate broker and agent, Elizabeth Ware, spoke to the high school Economics & Personal Finance class about various aspects of the home-buying process. She even gave away shirts and other goodies to the students!
